Making the decision to start therapy is a brave step, and it is of the utmost importance to me that each person that embarks on this process feels safe, seen, and understood.  As your therapist, I will work with you to set goals, identify barriers, and work on areas to grow.  I specialize in eating disorders, pre and post natal care, anxiety, and perfectionism. I approach therapy through a humanistic and holistic approach through trauma-informed mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, among other modalities.  We will work together to help bring awareness to mind, body, and emotions.

I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan.  I am also a registered yoga instructor, E-RYT 200, and have been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2011.  My approach to therapy is creative and eclectic, drawing from the worlds of social work and yoga.  Bringing these models together in a unique way for each individual client helps to make the therapeutic process tailored to individual needs, helping you to find self-compassion, peace, and freedom.  Working together, we will create an alliance that works best for you.
