She/Her/Hers

My therapy approach is grounded in a relational-cultural framework, rooted in the belief that healing happens through meaningful and authentic connection. I take a collaborative approach, encouraging agency while forming a genuine relationship to promote growth and change. I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support clients in developing practical tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindful awareness.

I have seven years of experience in the treatment of eating disorders across outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization levels of care. I am passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. Additionally, I have expertise in mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma.

I work with individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents and adults for both therapy and neuropsychological assessment.
