Hi! I’m Ragan Hudson, and I’m so glad you’re here! Reaching out for help can feel distressing, and it takes a lot of courage and self-compassion to take that first step. My hope is to create a space where you can exhale, feel truly heard, and know that you’re not navigating this alone.
As a therapist, I value authenticity, flexibility, and the power of human connection. I use a mix of approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring everything to your unique needs. I’ve worked with people facing anxiety, depression, body image issues, and disordered eating, and I believe there’s no “one right way” to heal. We’ll find what works best for you, together.
