She, Her, Hers

Hello! My name is Grace Jovanovich, and I am so happy to have you here. Seeking support can come with a variety of emotions, thoughts and I intend to create a safe, non-judgmental therapy space to cultivate resilience, acceptance, and clarity to support you on this journey. My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity and developing the therapeutic relationship. I believe that my role as your therapist is to “hold your hand” through this sometimes scary yet fulfilling journey of self-discovery in which you can develop self-compassion and harmony in your life.

I enjoy borrowing skills from dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and internal family systems, especially in treating complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), body image issues, and disordered eating. I appreciate the practicality of DBT, and I feel that these skills lay a critical foundation for further self-development. I look forward to finding out how our relationship can support your journey to living bravely, compassionately, and authentically.
