I graduated with my Masters of Social Work from Florida State University. I also have my Bachelors of Social Work from Wayne State University. I work with each individual through a holistic approach, as every client has their own unique story. During my sessions, I incorporate a Feminist and Person-Centered approach, along with borrowing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

As a Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working with all ages, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-harm and trauma. I believe in empowering you and incorporating mindfulness and self-compassion during your journey, in order to help you cope and build your skills towards self-love and healing.

Throughout my life I have found myself drawn to helping others on their journey. During my own self-healing journey, I have found that addressing and working on all aspects of life were crucial towards my end goal of self-love. It is my passion to be an advocate for those in need and look forward to build our therapeutic alliance together.
