Sabrina is a registered dietitian who is passionate about supporting clients in healing their relationships with food, movement, and their bodies. While she has a particular interest in the intersection of eating disorders and sports performance, she is committed to helping individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. She provides compassionate, individualized care that honors both mental and physical health. Her approach is client-centered, inclusive, and rooted in a desire to be a trustworthy advocate in each person’s recovery journey. She values continued learning and is always seeking out new ways to grow in her practice and better support her clients. She believes that nutrition counseling should be a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected.

Sabrina received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and her Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from the University of Michigan, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Her professional background includes experiences in clinical, community, research, outpatient, personal training, and sports performance nutrition.

When she’s out of the office, you can almost always expect her to be reading—most likely a romance, mystery, or thriller novel. She also enjoys staying active, spending time with loved ones, listening to music, and diving into any opportunity to learn something new.
